Consulting is $80 per hour.

Redesign : utilizing what you already own to create a whole new look and feel in your home.

First, we'll discuss the function of the rooms in your home.  Next, I will ask you to reflect on your lifestyle - what do you need and what do you want in your home?

Then, we'll go "shop" in all the rooms of your house, pulling furniture, lighting, and accessories that will go with our new design plan.

By the end, your furniture and decor will be implemented in your home in different ways than you ever imagined. Everything will feel new and refreshed, yet it was all just stuff you had lying around...

Expecting guests tonight?  Some redesigns can be completed in as little as one day.

Prices start at $300 per room. 

Blending Houses : creating a cohesive home that reflects the styles of everyone living there.

When two or more people move in together - their belongings don't always match.  ReJENNArated Spaces works to combine your furnishings so that they don't look like they came from separate homes. 

The objective is to create a home with aesthetic balance that is pleasing to the eye, while also making all of its inhabitants comfortable and happy.

Prices start at $500 per room. 

Staging : depersonalizing, decluttering, and maximizing your home for sale.  

Buyers need to look beyond your decor and envision themselves living in your home. We will assist in packing up the family portraits, trinkets, and excessive furniture for storage. After, we will arrange the remaining furniture and accessories to make your home feel more spacious, yet cozy.

Starting at $2 per square foot.  

*If needed, furniture rental, accessories, and storage units can also be arranged for an additional fee. 

E-Design :  most design services are offered completely online, through e-mail, Face Time, or Skype.  

You start by sending us pictures of your current home design.  Then, ReJENNArated Spaces will review your plans and suggest different ways you can arrange your home. If desired, a shared Pinterest board will be created for sharing ideas with the designer. 

In the end, you will be provided with a complete shopping list of items you can order online to freshen your space, or simply offer inspirational ideas to shop on your own.
